The next morning, Tsubaki asks why he has come back. He tells him that if he does not return soon, his family will be worried about him. He says that he was surprised that Akira had gone behind his back and accused him of having sex with another woman. He explains that akira was weak and had his weaknesses, but he was gentle and tender hearted. He was compelled to do so because of his sin, he says, and he puts his friends first. He adds that he is desperate to protect his family, and that he only wants to protect himself. When the woman comes to his house and refuses to let him fuck her, he is ashamed and afraid. He promises to protect her the next time.
