It's hot outside, and it's getting hotter and hotter. A'ren is hot, too. He's wearing a giant bottle of water, which looks like it made his clothes bigger. He says that everyone at school is going to make fun of him, so he's going to fly. He promises to pick him up and carry his bag. He also says that he can see a "nose hair" hanging out of his nostril. He wants to know why they didn't give him his homework the day before. They move the books, but they're heavy, so they snap. He tells them that he wishes they'd treated him better, because he would've been a better person. He goes on to say that had he known it sooner, he'd have treated him like a disabled person. They run away, and he says that his leg is broken. He drags him up, and they go back to school.
