The Governess tells Miss Deer that she's going to take her driving test. Miss Deer is nervous, but the Governess reassures her by saying that she doesn't need a car to drive, but she does need a bike to ride. She tells her that she has to go for her driving lesson the next day, and she asks Miss Deer if she wants to reconsider taking her driving license. She's so nervous that she didn't even go to her lesson one week ago, and now she'll have to go to the test the following day. She apologizes for being so nervous, and says that she had some drinks that day to calm her nerves. She explains that she won't be in the hospital for two days, and that she will be out of town by the time the test is over. She says that her driving instructor will be in town for the test, so she can give him some of her own driving lessons. She promises to show him that she is the best driver in the world.
