Goris tells his teacher that he is now an afterimage and that he will follow him everywhere. He also tells him that hades has kidnapped him and has left him two letters, one of which is addressed to his brother. He says that he hopes that the teacher will call him back and tell him that everything was a dream. Goris says that because his uncle is dead, his life is not in danger. He offers his teacher the gift of a duplicate of him with half his strength and skills. The duplicate can be transported anywhere in the world and can create an additional 50 percent of Goris's strength. The teacher says that being alone will make him lonely. He tells her that he cannot stay with her any longer and that there is not much energy left for the afterimage.
