He tells the girl that he used to travel all over the world as a kid, and he has a special treasure for her. It's his magic notes, which he kept for thousands of years. The magic notes are a treasure, he says, because they record all of his knowledge about magic. He gives the girl the magic notes as a thank you. He also tells her that she already has the blood of the phoenix, which means that she can use it to suppress the evil force inside her. He then tells the story of how he and the other heroes of the broad rock clan kept their blood of phoenix while the church kept theirs. They kept it while they were keeping the holy dragon's blood and the holy phoenix's holy blood. The point of the story is that, since you have an evil force, it is better to use it for good than to be used by people who have bad intentions.
