In this short scene, the siblings are on their way to the factory when they run into a man named "amountain man." The man is a member of the "vagabonds," a group of Mormons who have gained access to the scriptures. The man tells the siblings that the sage has assigned everyone to work in the "group chat" and that all "successful gatekeepers" will receive an increase in their membership level. The brothers realize that they have to force their way into the factory, but the man reassures them that the factory is secure and that there are no guards there. He tells the brothers that "the sage's prophecies are really godly." The brothers are sorry that they cannot enter the factory. The sage and the "vip members" are using a girl named "li mo" in a "important ritual" to keep her from being disturbed. The brother tells his sister that he will stop the men and save the girl. He asks her if she is crazy, and she tells him that she is. She tells her father that she will not be coming home tonight for dinner and that she won't tell him where she is and she will give him a raise. She then tells her brothers that they will destroy anyone who tries to disrupt
