In this short scene, the Governess attempts to show off her cooking skills to her brother. He is suspicious of her brother's true skill, and he once showed her from the city how to cook. The Governess, however, is not fooled. She shows off her knife skills and uses the gas stove to stir fry vegetables. She then uses the flame talisman to threaten her brother if he doesn't tell her how to use the stove. She tells him that she would have killed him if he hadn't told her about the stove, but fortunately, nothing burned. She asks him to drive her to the grocery store so she can buy food for her parents. He refuses, saying that he has never ridden a moped before. He tells her that he feels warm when he rides the moped with his brother, and that this is his first time fetching him. He asks if he's planning to arrive in the next year, and she tells him to hold on a while longer, as it's her first time cooking with her brother
