The brothers wake up, and the Chief of the Authority of Abilities tells them that they are still reliable. He says that they were investigating the Chief to see if all the alcohol contained special alcohol, but they couldn't buy it because it was too long since their last paycheque. The Chief says that the fake alcohol tastes very unique, and that they should go back and tell the story of how he proposed that the authorities should be strengthened. He is seventeen years old, and he has been proposing this idea for eleven years. He invites the other disciples to join him in his mission.
