Amountain Man rustles his brother's shoe box and asks him why he's there. He's just out for a walk and doesn't want to see his brother jump off of a bike. The shoe box is gross, he says, and his brother is embarrassed by it. He tells his brother that his brother has been vomiting blood all day and that it's not the first time. He says that his ailment is getting worse. The fox in his leather pants returns, and the two of them head out into the city.
