Dashan wang is the neighborhood's gold-medal cleaner. He's been there for thirty years, and he's won a lot of awards for his hard work. But now, he says, he has an occupational disease: he can't stop working. He wants to get rid of the evil stuff in the world. He doesn't want anyone to get in his way. He tells the boss that the talisman of the taoist's exorcism is consuming a lot spiritual energy. The boss says, "You were actually willing" to help the evil spirit pass on, but that's because the spirit is trapped by his own obsessions, which is why they're so difficult to control. Dashan says he'll wash his hands when they get home, but he still worries about the community's cleanliness. He asks the boss if he can eat some walnuts to help him improve his transformation technique. He says he hasn't yet seen anyone who has been amazed by his transformation, so he wants to make him some walnut rice.
