"Don't you think it's a good idea to stay away from this place? It's full of ghosts" , the narrator says. He's not sure what he's talking about, but he doesn't think there's anything left of the hospital. The narrator says that the government and the military knew about the hospital's location, but they didn't want to tell anyone about it. They just wanted to keep it a secret. They built the hospital before the war ended, but the war shut it down six years ago. The hospital looks more like a barracks than an army hospital, and the only thing standing between the two is an old mine where the hospital was built.
