The monster is waiting for Captain Strong, who is out on patrol. Captain Strong is glad to see him, because he thinks the town is full of monsters. He says that since he returned to the city, the monsters have returned to hunt them down. He tells Captain Strong that he wants to know how to use his powers as an incarnation to create innumerable monsters, but he cant remember how to do it. He thinks that soldiers lost their memories during the civil war, and he will destroy all the monsters in his hometown. He wants to go to the basement and wait for the monster to come out. He asks Captain Strong if he can protect him, but Captain Strong says that he can't because he's not good at waiting. They decide to wait and see what happens.
