The next morning, Dr. Rivers tries to soothe Rivers, who is in a bad mood. Rivers tells Rivers that he has drawn an evil aura out of hell, and the thunder that fell on him for seven days and seven nights was the strongest he's ever seen. Rivers says that the evil aura wants to devour his soul, and he must suppress it. He tells Rivers to take off his filthy rags and to use alkaid medicine on his back. Rivers warns Rivers that if he loses control of his body, he may hurt him. Rivers reminds Rivers that Rivers is a "human popsicle" right now, and that if Rivers loses control, he'll hurt him too. Rivers asks Rivers if he'd like to help Rivers, but Rivers says he can't make a decision.
