In this short scene, Yeli tells his disciples that the demon is stronger than they are, and that they cannot defeat him. He asks them to explain what they did to deserve the treatment they received. Yeli counts the number of "superior spirit stones" that have been destroyed in the battle. He tells them to sign the document and collect the money quickly. He says that even if he sold his entire sect, he would not be able to afford the amount of money demanded by the demon. He adds that the entire sect nearly fell because he is such a failure. He feels that he is surrounded by a "sexy siren" and that his disciples have soiled his clothes and spittle on them. They should step back, he says, and take a bath and eat a meal. He wonders why he cares so much about the demon, and says that he will never see him again. The blood moon palace used to be full of sweets and pastries, but now it is empty. He complains that the sugar has gone cold and that Yeli has made a small bed for him to sleep in, which Yeli says will keep him warm since he is so afraid of cold. He then asks Yeli why she is doing this to herself, and Yeli replies that she is infatuated with the demon and that she can kill him if she wishes, but she has to say something.
