The next morning, the new model arrives at the office. He's excited to see that he's been assigned to a new room, and that he can work in the creaky old office where he used to work. The new guy introduces himself as "Mr. Fish" , and tells the story of his son's death, and how his mother bought a copy of the novel in a used bookstore. Mr. Fish says that his royalties are 10 percent of the book's price, so that's a lot of money for a used car. The guy says that he doesn't mind sleeping with the new guy because he thinks that the guy will be a good model, but he warns him to "play it cool" and not to fall for the "puppet princess" .
