Brain calls for the meeting of the shareholders of the j-entertainment company. He asks Anna why she has transferred all of her shares without his permission. Anna tells him that the company stipulates that all transfers of shares do not violate any law or regulation. She also says that she has signed an equity transfer with Evremonde two months ago. Anna then resigns from the board of directors of the company. She tells Brain that he has been using her and betraying her. Brain tells her that he will not work for her anymore. Brain then cancels his engagement with Anna.
