The scene opens with Benny telling Mr. Smith that he came to see if he would cooperate with him. Mr. smith tells him that he is willing to give him ten million dollars and that his company is famous in the entertainment business. He compares Benny's company to Miss Green's and says that Benny has many talented artists, but they are not as famous as Miss Green. He tells Benny that if he wants to help him, he will spend thirty million dollars. Benny asks if he can let his secretary accompany him all night, and he says that he does not have enough men to do so. He says that women need to be more clearly priced, and that he would like to see more secretaries like Miss Green, who is the only woman in his company. He asks if Miss Green is happy if he abandoned his dick, and she says that it is far from the past. She tells him to check all of his assets, and to report any problems he has to the relevant authorities. He gives Miss Green a bracelet, which he says is a gift from a private designer. Miss Green asks if she can take it, but he says it is worthless since he refuses to accept it
