In this chapter, Tomouchi and his friends talk about the various activities they plan to take part in during the upcoming school year. They plan to join the teacher's club, the photography club, and the yearbook committee. They also plan to become friends with Dovey, another student from their class, and they hope that they will be able to help her in her studies. They discuss the fact that the other third-year girls in their class have become beautiful, and that they are no longer "special." They also discuss the recent incident between Dovey and kou, and how they will take care of each other if they ever get into trouble.
