About This Chapter
In the second half of the first half, Miyuki complains to his team-mates about the lack of focus shown by the opposing team. Miyuki tells them that he expects great things from them, and that they should be careful the rest of the way. He says that he doesn't deserve the position of captain, but that he will do his best to keep the team in the game. He tells the other players that they need to throw the whole team out of their sight and ask themselves how to bring the team's system crashing down. He reminds them that they are human beings and that their job is to "force those mistakes" . They need to "cloud their judgment" , he says, and throw out the whole machine of the other team so that they can't catch them off guard. He also reminds them of how much they mean to each other, and says that if they have to fight each other on the field, they should take the fight out on each other.
