In this short scene, we are introduced to a first-year student named keta, who is a member of the school's rugby club. He has been participating in the club since the beginning of his first year, but he has been unable to keep up with the intensity of the team's training sessions. He tells us that his parents have been urging him to quit the team, but that he has not been able to do so because he is too tired to participate in the grueling sessions. When he asks where the captain of the club is, he learns that he is late for class. He asks the student to promise him one thing: that he will join the team without the captain.
