"The most important part" , the narrator tells us, is "the toss" . He's referring to the kicking of the ball out of bounds, where the taller players try to grab the ball. He says that this is the "gentleman's sport" and that a penalty is always fair. The narrator then goes on to say that keijo, a private school, is as strong as any other team in the world. He compares keijo to a "jinkou" he's faced before, when he was a student at the same school. He wonders if this will be the same team he'll face again when he heads back to college.
