The beast god is dead, and the other soul beasts are devastated. The white tiger is now the new god, and he's not happy about it. He's going to go back to the human race to try his hand at being a god again. The humans are devastated, too, because the thorn dragon has been totally destroyed. And the butterfly is devastated too, since the white tiger has replaced the beast god as the next god. The ladies of the house come in to see what's up. They're both the masters of soul beasts, and they want to know why they've chosen the reincarnation of a dragon god to be their soul spirit. The dragon god tells them that he isn't really dead, but is in a "state of dying" . He wants to be the soul spirit of the soul beast, but he doesn't think he needs a soul spirit, since he only has a little dragon-god bloodline. The beast-god says that he'll be asleep for a long time after he becomes your soul spirit--so long, in fact, that he won't be able to do anything for the rest of his life. He tells the ladies to keep this a secret from their parents.
