In the meditation room, Ren tells his sister that he has decided to become a boy. He tells her that his mother and grandmother wanted him to be a woman, and that his father wants him to become his son. He explains that he used to be exhausted, but she made the decision. He says that he wants to be strong and brave, so that he can protect her. Ren tells her to wait a minute, because he's going to change his clothes. He asks Ren to lend him some of her brother's clothes, but Ren says he can't because he broke his ankle. Ren is so jealous of him that he asks Ren if he can borrow some of his own clothes. Ren says it's okay, but it will take some time for Ren's soul core to be perfect.
