The teacher asks each student to tell him what he wishes to exchange for. He has a black emblem that can be exchanged for ten purple emblems. He says he'll take the black emblem back when he needs it. He's going to have to go out all the time to pay back the money he loaned to the teacher. He asks if there's a way to earn a purple emblem without having to take the exam.
