The chapter opens with Mr. Guyiming and Mr. Yubing talking about how much time they have and how much they enjoy their life together. Mr. Ye says that he's planning to take some time off from work to spend more time with his friend. He says that if one day, he dies, it's because of his "lewd imagination" . He then asks Gu Yiming what makes him like him. Gu says he hasn't told him this before, but he does know that he likes him. He tells him that one time, when they were freshmen at school, he gave him water to drink. Gu asks if he could tell him where he got this idea from, and he says he was touched by it. He also says that when they got married, he still wanted to have fun, but now he has to vow that he won't have sex if he leaves Gu. He swears that if he ever leaves Gu, he'll live a good life, even if he isn't the one who stays by his side.
