The scene opens in the lobby of a hotel in Hangzhou, where Hu Ming is waiting for him. Hu Ming tells Hu Ming that he has come to see him because he has a project in the United States, and Hu Ming wants to know why Hu Ming hasn't told him about the project. He says that Hu Ming's lawyer has returned the money Hu Ming bribed in order to get revenge on Hu Ming for betraying him and ruining his reputation. The two of them are so close that they're like a "match made in heaven." Hu Ming asks Hu Ming if he's worried about going bankrupt because he'll be with Hu Ming forever.
