In this chapter, we learn that the two women are from different brands, and that they have been delaying having children for so long that they are now ready to have children. The manager of the company, Gu yiming, comes in to find out what's going on. He tells the young woman that she must have paid some people to slander him, because he said she was "plastic" . The young woman is shocked and apologizes, saying that she's sorry for what she said, but she doesn't know who's done it to her before. She wonders if the person who insulted her before is the same person who has insulted her now. The girl tells the manager to leave, and the manager tells her that he's trying to get hold of the money that Gu Yiming left her. He promises to treat her well, and raises her allowance to $125 a month. He says that he has to buy his parents a villa so that they can live in luxury in the future
