This chapter opens with a flashback to a time eight years ago, when a guy named Gu-Yiming, who's been "hunger and thirsting" for eight years, suddenly feels the heat of a crush. He's about to eat when he hears a cough and a groan. He runs to his crush and tells him to hurry up and get some food. He apologizes for being "too extreme" and says he'll eat until he's "broke" . He says he only wanted to prove that he was "pure and decent" , and that he doesn't care if he looks bigger than anyone else in the world. He also says that if he watched all of his body-stomaching videos, he wouldn't be able to do what he does. He wants to delete all of them from his hard drive, but he can't do it because someone else has sent them to him. He asks if they should do some special exercise after the meal, but Gu-Yingling is confused and says they've already ordered the items he ordered. He wonders if this is some kind of "way" or "kind of way" or something, and he asks if he'd be allowed to touch his crush if he gave him money or food.
