In this chapter, we learn that Shu-Ting's father, Gu-Yiming, has invested three million yuan in a hotpot restaurant, which is worth more than the profit that Shu's previous movie was supposed to make. Shu blames his father for giving him such a large sum of money without telling him about it. Shu also reveals that his father gave him a shareholders' agreement in which he agreed to invest in a profitable company.
