He tells Cai Ming to report his rebellion immediately to his majesty. Cai Ming says that there are still some ghosts in the paint, but that they should be brought in so that they can be devoured by the gods and become food for them. He says that he needs to figure out the way out of the city by himself. He explains that he is the obstacle standing in his way, and the gods are not in a position to stand in the way of him. After bringing the ghosts and survivors into the paint and Cai Ming continues to move forward, he exclaims that he does not know how long it has been since he left the city. He wonders whether he can find jiang lan and li in the city, and he asks Cai Ming if he can wait for his death
