Now that he has all the herbs he needs for his foundation-building pill, he decides to go find the herbs for his longevity pill. It's unfair, he says, that other people can live an immortal life while he's been pestered by soul-takers every year. He needs the longevity pill, or else he'll need to fight the soul-taking army again. He also finds out that the six demon-hunters are still in the mountain. When he first caught the six demons with his immortality awareness, they seemed like they were just returning to their hideout. They're not greedy, they don't attack other people, and they're staying in their hideout just to eat their prey. He's going to go check out the nearby villages to see if more attacks are coming. He wonders if there's another person fighting with the demons, and he wonders if it's him.
