About This Chapter
The black snake king asks the grandmaster to take the fragment of the map that he showed him. The king says that if he did not give it to the master, he would kill everyone present and leave, but if he gave it to him, his reputation would be ruined in the demon world as well as in the nine states of China and ten regions of the world. He says that he has lived long enough that fame and reputation no longer matter to him anymore, but he has always been honest to people. After the feast, the king arranges for the master and the queen to stay in the same rooms. He asks the king if he helped him out on purpose, and the king replies that he did so on purpose. He tells the king that the king is overly proactive in his search for the first emperor's tomb, and that he must consider his own will first. He then asks the prince to help him in three ways. First, the prince must call the king by his name; second, he must also call the queen by her name; and third, he will also ask her to answer his questions. The prince asks the girl to take out the map and let him see it.
