He tells her to go to a nearby restaurant, where he can read a note book, and they're off. He's got a lot of experience as a police sniper, so he knows how to spot suspicious people. He also knows that if he gets caught, they'll tie him up, so it's no big deal. Okay, so now we're back to the meat of the story: why isn't she angry? Well, she'd like to know why. She asks if there's anything she can do to make things go away. She also wants to know if he has any family, and if he doesn, she asks if he had any. He says no, he didn't, because he was a student at Onlone High School, and his family was like a family to him.
