They're not lovers anymore, they say, but "lovers" used to mean "lovers," and they don't even know what that means anymore. Ouch. Ouch! Ouch! He's not killing the woman, he's just defending her, and he doesn't want anyone to interfere with their "thing" anymore . He says that the woman isn't innocent, and that he can't let her have anything to do with his "thing," because she has such vicious intentions. Ouch, he says, but he'll keep away from the woman as well, because you're contradicting him. Ouch ! He says he originally thought that he'd be killed, but his "great vitality" made him come back to his house again. He coughs, and says that he wants to end it for him, because he fought so hard in the past. He wants to fight one more time. He tells him that his feelings for him are real, and if he can trust him enough to tell him the truth, he can deal with this. He'll tell him what's really going on, and then he can tell him how to deal with the situation. He just wants to know what he has done to himself, and not expect him to forgive him for hurting himself. He rushes off to get a doctor.
