The manager of Shylock's group asks Shylock why he has come to see the delegation. Shylock explains that he is one of the company's employees, and he wants to make sure that the company does not violate any laws. He also tells Shylock that the planning department has come up with a new short-distance travel route that will take them to a bar called the "Magic Kevin Bar." Shylock asks the manager to take a look at the bar, but the manager refuses, saying that he needs to see Shylock on the stage before the show begins. The manager agrees, but Shylock is not interested in the show. He tells the manager that he already has a boyfriend, but that he still came to the bar. He is furious that the manager forced him to go on stage. He calls the bar "running illegal businesses" and threatens to call the police.
