The next time, he says, he'll "spoil her reputation" , but now he's going to "teach her a lesson" . He's not going to let her get away with this one, though, because she's already ruined his family's reputation. So, he tells her, "I'm going to drive back now, drive safe, there are ribs in the refrigerator, and I'm just going to cook the cherries the ribs." . . She's all, "What do you need for dinner?" , and then she screeches, "what is going on?" . Then she asks why he came so fast, and he says he got lucky, but his arm tore some ligaments and needs more rest. She says she almost thought he was mad at that moment, but he reassures her that it's fine, and that she'll be more careful the next time. She asks him if he has any work to do. He says he has to work, and she asks if he can still think about it. He doesn't want to be mad, she says, but work is important, so he asks her to bring all of her stuff to the hospital as well as his own stuff. He tells her to have some sleep, and says he won't worry about anything having her by his side. He asks if the police said who hit him, and the officer says that the driver drove "wearily," and didn't "break in time," so it happened. He adds that he sent some people to investigate the accident, and they'll have results soon. Worried that he might have another accident, he asks if it was an accident before ying chu. The police officer said that the man who hit his wife was driving too fast, but the driver did not break in time.
