In this chapter, we are introduced to a number of new characters. First, we're introduced to the "Prince of China" , who is also known as "Fum ba bump um" . We learn that he's also the guy who slapped Si Qian's face when she was in the middle of a fight with Fu Mingyu. We also learn that Si Qian is a member of the Si family, which means that she's the one who's in charge of the family's financial affairs. Si Qian and her husband, Mr. Rouncewell, are on their way to the bidding for the right to oil and gas, and Si Qian wants to be one of the first people to get into the bidding. He's got a membership transfer agreement with the oil company, so he needs to sign it before he can enter the bidding villa. We're also introduced to some of the other characters who are introduced in this chapter. First off, we learn that the "prince of china" is actually a guy named "Fu Mingyu," who is the son of a prince in the Ming family. We get a brief description of the prince and his family, and then we get a little taste of what's to come in the rest of the chapter.
