The dress is a limited edition, and the owner says that they have had customers who want to buy it but they couldnt fit it. The owner says they are having a promotion, a discount, and that even high-end shops like this one do 50% discounts. She says that she cannot bear to buy the dress, but that it would be a waste to not take advantage of the sale. She thinks that she will buy it and pay once she has changed out of it.
