In this chapter, Mikeyo tells us that he's finally decided what he wants to do with his life. He's been waiting for a long time to get married, and now he finally has it. He tells us about the events of the previous chapter, which he describes in great detail. First, we learn that the boy who murdered the father of kota was still in love with kako. At the orphanage, they had a festival, and everyone was having a good time. Then, at the festival, they ran into tee-sensei again, and she tried to talk to him, but he turned her down. On top of that, a man was seen carrying a knife in the area of the orphanage. So, it's clear that the relationship between kota and kako isn't going well. At this point, the narrator tells us, Miyada is in big trouble. She wants to go to the market to pick up her old co-worker, but she doesn't want to go with them, because she still has work to do. She begs everyone to run to the exit, but they all run away, and Miyadasa is still in the market with them. She tells him to be proud of what he did, because he was a hero, even though he didn't really do anything. She asks everyone to get out of the market, and then she tells them to be quick, because they've been stabbed, and that they should be able to save Miyado.
