About This Chapter
It's the time for the "oto flower viewing" , which means that the students are allowed to go to the academy to see the flowers, but only if they're recognized by someone at the school. This means that San is already in the second phase of his studies, so he won't be able to see any of the beautiful flowers. He's going to have to wait in his room for a bit longer, though, because he's too busy studying for his exam. He apologizes, but he doesn't want anyone to think that he is serious about his exams. He says that he brought three books with him to the school, and that some of the students will think that his "seriousness" is due to his love for kota kun, his teacher's relative. He tells her that he'll never see him again, but she says that she's never heard from him before, so she could text him. She tells him that he sounds like a "virgin" on prom night, and he says that's not true. He asks her if she thinks that kota will be happy when she tells him about her love for him, and she says she'll be glad to tell him about it after she passes her exam. She says that it's been a rough time studying for the exam, but that she will thank him later. She thanks him very much, and says that what he said meant to her meant a lot.
