The next morning, Mina tries to find out what's been going on. She realizes that she's not the only one who's trying to figure it out. She's the one who started following her, and she doesn't know why. She tells Mina that she hates people who hurt people, and that's why she didn't stop Mina from following her. Mina tells her that her friend found her address on her college record, and carried her here. She apologizes to her friend, and tells him that he's doing a good job of being a good friend. She also tells him to thank him for the day, and he says he'll be home soon. Mina says that she can't understand why he'd come to see her when she'd already judged him as a jilted suitor. He hasn't even spoken to her yet, and Mina thinks that he just wants to go home. Mina thinks it's odd that he would come to visit her, but he hasn1t said anything to her.
