In this short scene, zhongshan awakens and tells ranran to wake up. He's been living as an immortal since the beginning of time, and he's just been betrayed by susu, his beloved. The wedding is going to be a huge success, and everything is prepared for the big day. He thanks God for giving him a chance to do what he dreams about. Um, no. He doesn't even have his consent to do it yet. He stomps and moans and complains about how he didn't know about the spider or crab spirit chasing after him for so long. Then he realizes that the two of them have a strong bond and that they can just stay in the same place forever and ever. He thinks that if he had known that the magic seed that ranran was carrying was just like the one that was implanted in him thousands of years ago, he and ranran would have never lost each other.
