The next morning, the princess wakes up to find that the regent has been up all night, and that she has fallen three times. The regent asks her why she is so upset, and she tells him that she spent the night restoring the room to its original state. She asks the doctor to come and look at the dumpling, but the doctor says that it would be best if he could remove all the dark circles. The princess is determined to complete her mission, and decides to follow the regent to court.
