In the royal garden of the royal mansion, the Panda expresses his amazement at being transformed into a human kite. He says that he never thought that he would one day become a human being. He feels that he is in the hospital for his injuries, and that the regent who is supposed to protect him is still pretending to do so. The Panda exclaims that he wishes he could put on ten masks, so that he could feel safe in the sky, and he wishes that bats would only be eaten. He was once a member of a panda clan, but he did not live freely because of his responsibilities. Now, he is totally free and he has decided to put his past behind him and live in the present. He asks the regent if he will respect him, and the regent promises to respect him and not tie him up again
