In this chapter, the demon lord explains the origin of the magic seed. The magic seed was left behind by a god who returned to chaos. The god condensed the essence of his soul into a seed that would get spoiled if used with wicked hearts. However, if a pure heart could acquire the seed, it would purify itself and become a "treasure that brings luck" . He explains that when he implanted the seed into Ranran, the seed was spoiled due to Ran's evil thoughts, but because of her negative energy, her body has permanently changed the seed. He wonders if he can use his "psychic power" to find the location of the two men. He can sense a "strong demonic power" in the palace, but he can't figure out where they are. The northern demon race, he says, has just approached the village. They are taking over the village with the help of the northern demon lord. He tells them to stay away from the battle. He also tells them that the gods of war have fallen, and that it is time for them to "shake things up" and "unify the demonic world"
