In this chapter, the time-traveling hero, the Panda, meets a man who has transformed himself into a peacock and a panda. The Panda is horrified at the man's behavior, but the Time Traveller explains that he has also traveled through time, and that the man is a time traveler too. The Time Traveller tells the Panda that he wants to work with him to return to the real world, and to wipe out the remaining 0.9 billion young women on the face of the earth.
