Just as before, Ming ting and the Prime Minister are in the middle of a conversation when a bolt of lightning strikes. The Prime Minister exclaims that he has just been accidentally struck by lightning. He commands Ming ding to revive him in three seconds. Mingting responds by saying that since it was his fault, he should be allowed to fly into the sky.
