In this chapter, we learn that the Five Immortals were just like the insects that were raised in captivity. They were domesticated by the Five Shamans for one purpose: to be sacrificed to the Five when they die. The war broke out and the Five became immortals. They channeled their soul into a hide to escape, but the humans found their hide and worshipped it. After that, the Five were sealed in fox fur so their soul couldn't release, so they wanted the Five to help them find their body. The Five need to retrieve their own vital power, which they left in their flesh. If they don't get it back, they'll have wasted all their years cultivating in the world. They're going to try to transform the contaminated galactic moon into something useful.
