An earthquake has just struck, and everyone is in a panic. Everyone is trying to get the patients out of harm's way, but the ground is starting to shake and the walls of the room are beginning to crack apart. Everyone runs for the safety of the patients, but no one is able to get back to the safe room. The ground seems to have broken apart, and the patients are running for their lives. The doctor, nick, is in poor shape, but he's still alive. He asks the doctor to grab him and climb up to the top of the wall.
