The village doesn't seem to be welcoming, so the doctor goes to his house first. He tells the doctor that he's been in a car accident on his way to the town, and he needs to get to the police station right away. The doctor tells him that he can walk three days and nights to get there, and the old man on the doctor's back is waiting for him. The old man asks the doctor to take a nap, but the doctor says he'll come back in a few moments. The man on his back asks the old doctor to leave the room for a moment, and then he and the doctor go to see his mother.
